The Department provides numerous seminars annually, coupled with ample chances for focused individual research projects. The graduate program typically spans five years. During the first year, all students enroll in an advanced logic course followed by an intensive proto-seminar (led by two professors). Rather than administering comprehensive exams, the Department requires third-year students to complete an examination in their selected specialization area. While there isn't a universal language prerequisite, students must fulfill specific distribution requirements.
