The Archaeology Curriculum serves as the teaching arm of UNC's Archaeology Program, uniting faculty from six departments within the College of Arts and Sciences. These include Anthropology, Classics, Linguistics, Religious Studies, Women's & Gender Studies, along with the Research Laboratories of Archaeology. The bachelor's program in archaeology emphasizes methodical examination of ancient human cultures through physical artifacts, involving careful excavation, recovery, and analysis of objects and related archaeological evidence.
All students will be expected to have completed the pre-university curriculum (Secondary School/High School) in their country prior to enrolling at UNC-Chapel Hill. English Language Tests: TOEFL minimum is 100; IELTS minimum is 7.0; PTE minimum is 68.
