Our program equips students for diverse career paths such as sales, roles in companies that value internal communication, corporate training, leadership positions, HR, and more (essentially any profession requiring strong communication skills). Those pursuing graduate studies in communication will find organizational communication particularly valuable. This curriculum explores the theoretical and practical aspects of rhetoric, composition, literacy, and language/linguistics from both humanistic and scientific perspectives. Coursework covers historical and modern rhetoric/composition theories, creation and analysis of written, visual, and multimedia content, examination of literacy practices across cultures, and writing program management.
