The education specialist program caters to educators holding a master's in educational administration or a comparable qualification. Upon completion, you'll qualify for New Hampshire superintendent certification. Those without a master's in school administration or principal certification can pursue principalship credentials through supplementary coursework. This advanced program delves deep into content knowledge, research methodologies, theoretical frameworks, and practical field experiences. You'll gain the skills to create nurturing learning environments and drive collaborative educational enhancements, whether working within your school community or influencing broader policy decisions.
International applicants must hold a four-year baccalaureate degree or its equivalent as a precondition for applying to any of our graduate programs. In some cases, you may also need a master’s degree or its equivalent.
English Language Score:
Minimum score requirements are as follows: TOEFL (Computer-based): 213; TOEFL (Internet-based): 80; IELTS (International English Language Testing System): 6.5; TOEFL ITP (Institution Administered): On case-by-case basis; TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication): On case-by-case basis; Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 59.
Applications must be completed by the following deadlines in order to be reviewed for admission: Fall: Aug. 15; Spring: Jan. 15; Summer: May 15.
