This program develops leaders for all areas of higher education using an interdisciplinary, team-based methodology. Drawing from academic affairs, student services, and administrative viewpoints, the curriculum and instructors offer participants varied learning pathways. Distinctively, the program includes two practical internship opportunities aimed at fostering more inclusive campus communities. The 33-credit curriculum covers higher education's historical foundations, theories of student growth and leadership, while prioritizing justice, diversity, equity, and accessibility in learning spaces. Its unique structure provides two hands-on internship placements for real-world skill development.
