The Communication Studies Department aims to investigate symbolic human expression and its reciprocal influence on relationships, institutions, and cultures. Our work delves into the methods, motivations, and impacts of verbal and nonverbal exchanges. Through academic research, education, and community engagement, we specifically examine how communication can either hinder or foster cooperation across local, national, and international communities.
