This flexible structure allows students to customize their academic path by utilizing resources from multiple schools and departments. We prioritize both research and teaching components to deliver a comprehensive graduate education. Students can collaborate with diverse faculty from various university departments who secure funding from prominent organizations like the NIH, USDA, VA, and food/health industry partners.
