This program equips students for professional roles in agricultural communications, journalism, marketing, sales, training, management, leadership, business, and extension services. Agricultural enterprises, along with state, federal, and marketing organizations, seek professionals with comprehensive training in agricultural science and technology, strong communication abilities, and analytical skills to address business challenges. The curriculum delivers essential scientific knowledge and technical expertise for agribusiness marketing and media careers through foundational and agricultural science courses, enhanced by three specialization options: crops and soils, food industries, or a comprehensive study of food, agricultural, and environmental sciences. With 21 unrestricted elective credits, students are strongly advised to complement their major with a CFANS or additional minor.
Student are required to have a high school graduation
English Language Proficiency Requirements: TOEFL iBT – 79; IELTS Academic – 6.5; Pearson Test of Academic English (PTE Academic) – 59; Cambridge Assessment English (CAE) C1 Advanced – 180.
Application Deadline for Fall: For freshmen international students the deadlines are November 1 (early action 1 deadline), December 1 (early action 2 deadline) and January 1 (regular deadline)
