The College Student Personnel (CSP) Program offers a 36-credit Master of Science in Education degree focused on Higher Education. Our goal is to prepare future educators and professionals to effectively teach, understand, and assist college student communities. Students acquire essential skills for entering and progressing in student affairs roles within higher education institutions. Through our program, participants develop hands-on competencies, deepen their understanding of student cultures, and cultivate an appreciation for the diverse backgrounds of college students.

Our dedicated faculty emphasizes social justice, equity, and multicultural teaching approaches aimed at enhancing interpersonal communication and preparing individuals to engage meaningfully in a culturally diverse society. We aim to develop thoughtful, analytical professionals who will, in turn, nurture similarly reflective students throughout their careers.
