The Master of Arts in Educational Studies with Elementary Teacher Certification equips students with the professional expertise, personal qualities, and practical abilities needed to effectively teach diverse groups of young learners. This intensive full-time program runs from mid-June to mid-June of the following year. Combining academic instruction with hands-on PK-6 classroom experience through year-long placements, participants critically examine teaching methods, curriculum content, and equity issues while refining their skills alongside peers committed to educational improvement. Designed to nurture future educators, the program helps teaching interns develop into elementary teachers capable of addressing all students' needs.
