The school boasts an exceptional selection of courses in litigation, arbitration, and conflict resolution, complemented by hands-on learning through 18 specialized clinics and practicums. Students can elevate their expertise through the exclusive Litigation Skills program, gaining insights from over 65 practicing attorneys and judges. This innovative semester-long course guides participants through the entire litigation process, from initial filings to conducting mock trials. Outside traditional coursework, students can participate in distinguished trial advocacy teams, including the nation's sole international moot court program. Practical learning extends through externships that connect students with faculty, legal professionals, and clients across numerous judicial settings - from state and federal courts to specialized areas like bankruptcy and immigration law.
