The program aims to: (1) develop proficiency in foundational concepts within the chosen specialization, (2) provide hands-on experience with experimental methods, data interpretation, and effectively communicating research findings, (3) prepare graduates for careers in chemistry-related fields.
Students focusing on biochemistry will explore the chemistry of biomolecules including amino acids, nucleic acids, proteins, and sugars. This coursework integrates analytical methods, molecular synthesis, and investigations of chemical interactions in laboratory and biological settings.
