The BLA Legal Studies Concentration aims to cultivate and strengthen abilities in analytical reasoning, problem identification and resolution, effective written and verbal communication, and digital legal research. To address technological advancements, the expansion of e-commerce, and regional economic needs, UMass Lowell provides an array of rigorous courses including Cyberspace Law, International Law, Family Law, and Gender and the Law, designed to acquaint students with varied national and international legal and ethical principles.
