The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) collaborates with the School of Education & Human Development (SEHD) to help CU Denver undergraduates accelerate their teaching careers. By enrolling in the Teacher Education minor, you can participate in a 4+1 program that allows you to complete your CLAS degree, obtain a Master's in Teaching, and become eligible for a Colorado Teaching License within five years.

Your bachelor's degree content should align with your desired teaching specialization in the master's program (for instance, a science-focused degree for secondary science education).
