UMass Boston's Conflict Resolution Master's program explores the roots and dynamics of both local and international conflicts, while equipping students with techniques for peaceful resolution and cooperative decision-making. Alumni pursue careers across diverse sectors including policy, healthcare, education, peacebuilding, HR, legal fields, and religious leadership.
