UMass Boston's Conflict Resolution Master's program explores the roots and dynamics of both local and international conflicts, while equipping students with techniques for peaceful resolution and cooperative decision-making. Alumni pursue careers across diverse sectors including policy, healthcare, education, peacebuilding, HR, legal fields, and religious leadership. Our program engages in court mediation, peace education, restorative justice, interfaith discussions, Israeli-Palestinian conflict resolution, and numerous other initiatives.
The 36-credit MA degree can be earned in 2 years through full-time enrollment, with part-time options also offered.
