Qualification Requirements

Official Transcripts
Please submit your official undergraduate and graduate transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. Although the Graduate Admissions Office sets a minimum GPA of 2.75, our program requires a minimum 3.0 GPA (unless the student is able to demonstrate extenuating circumstances).
GMAT/ GRE Tests
Test scores are recommended, but not required. Our admissions process is competitive and highly selective. A strong GMAT/GRE score will enhance any application, especially for those who are applying with little or no real-world (or post-graduate / professional) work experience.
Candidates who choose not to take the GMAT/GRE can make a case for admission by submitting application materials which demonstrate strong professional experience and/or academic accomplishments, such as:
Doctorate Degree, including a J.D.
Bachelor's Degree with a 3.20 or higher cumulative GPA, and 2+ years of professional work experience
Personal Statement
Candidates should use this opportunity to highlight personal traits, skills, and past athletic and work experiences that support their application to our program, as well as reflect a strong sense of career direction.
Letters of Recommendation
For applicants with professional work experience, letters from both professional and educational sources are recommended. Up to four letters of recommendation are accepted.
Resum/CV
Your resume should outline your work history including post-graduate professional work experience, and any positions held during college. Work experience is not a requirement for admission, but will enhance your application. Internship experience should be highlighted, as well as community service, student and civic club membership, athletics. Professional experience includes positions that involve decision making responsibility: leadership, executive, managerial, supervisory or teaching positions, and military service.
TOEFL Scores/IELTS Scores -- Although the Graduate School accepts a TOEFL score of 80, our program strongly prefers a minimum TOEFL score of 100. You may also submit IELTS for which a minimum score of 6.0 is required, and a score of 7.5 or higher is strongly preferred. You may also submit a Duolingo score, our program strongly prefers scores of 120 or higher.
