The Pre-Veterinary Science program offers preparatory education for students aiming to pursue advanced studies in Veterinary, Graduate, or Medical schools, or those considering a career in teaching. All new students begin as Animal Science majors and must meet specific criteria to transition into the Pre-Veterinary Science track. Qualification requires maintaining a B- average or higher in designated Animal Science courses. Once these standards are achieved, students can apply for the Pre-Veterinary Science major by submitting the Entry into BS-Pre-Veterinary Science Major GPA form to Lisa West in ISB 427x.
