The Music Technology program equips students with comprehensive training in audio engineering, covering essential topics like acoustics, microphone positioning, stereo mic theory, digital signal processing, mastering techniques, plugin usage, ProTools, surround sound recording, MaxMSP, and Final Cut Pro for video sound editing. Alumni will be well-equipped for diverse audio industry roles including recording, mixing, mastering, post-production, or advanced academic pursuits. Faculty expertise spans audio engineering, electronics, computer music, and postproduction. Learners can engage in faculty-guided research projects and acquire hands-on experience in professional audio production settings.
