This program is designed for candidates seeking to benefit from Illinois' academic year curriculum and cultural activities. Fulfilling all requirements for the 32-credit program typically includes one continuous summer session on campus. Participants in the academic year track can access diverse educational and cultural experiences, including ensemble performances, concert attendance, cross-disciplinary courses, and engagement with vibrant campus life. Applied instruction. Those interested in graduate-level applied studies as part of their degree must audition with the relevant faculty member. Applicants are responsible for scheduling their audition directly with the professor. Only 400 or 500-level applied coursework qualifies for the MME degree program.
