The Department of Kinesiology and Community Health is a multidisciplinary academic unit focused on researching health, rehabilitation, and human motion. A core part of the Department's purpose involves developing and sharing knowledge about health, rehabilitation, and physical movement. Faculty members employ diverse methodologies to comprehensively examine these areas, exploring topics like lifelong physical activity, public health, rehabilitation services, disability studies, wellness and accessibility, physical education, teaching methods, ergonomics, and athletic performance.

Qualification Requirements

The minimum of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education. a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 (A=4.0) for the last 60 hours of undergraduate work or 3.5 for all graduate work if entering with a masters degree. International students must also submit Test of English as a Foreign Language scores, with a minimum for full status admission: 103 (TOEFL - IBT) or 7.5 (IELTS).
