The Master of Mechanical Engineering (MME) is a non-thesis program designed to deliver specialized expertise in specific mechanical engineering disciplines while offering broader exposure to complementary fields like engineering, science, business, or law. Tailored for U.S. professionals looking to enhance their technical capabilities for career growth in mechanical engineering, the curriculum covers core subjects such as mechanics, materials, thermo-fluid systems, automation, and design. Students also have the opportunity to choose electives from other departments within the Cullen College of Engineering, the Bauer College of Business, the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, or the UH Law Center. This adaptable structure enables participants to customize their studies to align with their professional aspirations.
