TOEFL Required minimum score of iBT 90. For teaching assistantship applicants, minimum scores are 100 (iBT), with subtest scores of 25 for listening and 25 for speaking.
IELTS Required minimum score of 6.5.
A master's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better
