Fifty percent of coursework is delivered by seasoned Atlanta-area practitioners, including HR leaders, consulting firm partners, and entrepreneurs. The other half is taught by UGA's acclaimed faculty (our I/O Doctoral Program ranks #2 nationally for research output).

Students gain hands-on experience through organizational projects across Atlanta, tackling real-world challenges like competency modeling, leadership coaching, assessment tools, and workforce analytics.
