The Toxicology program attracts students from diverse departments including Physiology & Pharmacology, Environmental Health Science, Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Sciences, Animal & Dairy Sciences, Crop & Soil Sciences, Forestry & Natural Resources, and Veterinary Biomedical & Diagnostic Imaging
At the University of Georgia, students can pursue both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in toxicology. The Master's program requires completion of at least 30 graduate credit hours, with a minimum of 12 credits from graduate-level exclusive courses. For the PhD program, students must complete 30 credit hours of coursework, including three dissertation research credits. Additionally, PhD candidates must enroll in research hours every semester.
