The Toxicology program enrolls students from various departments including Physiology & Pharmacology, Environmental Health Science, Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Sciences, Animal & Dairy Sciences, Crop & Soil Sciences, Forestry & Natural Resources, and Veterinary Biomedical & Diagnostic Imaging
At the University of Georgia, students can pursue either a Master of Science or Doctor of Philosophy in toxicology. The Master's program requires completion of at least 30 graduate credit hours, with a minimum of 12 credits in graduate-level exclusive courses. For the Ph.D., candidates must complete 30 credit hours of coursework, including three dissertation research credits. Additionally, doctoral students must register for research credits every semester.
