The Accelerated BSN Program offers a fast-track path to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, tailored for those holding a prior degree in another discipline who wish to transition into nursing. Participants must fulfill all non-nursing prerequisites through transfer credits from their initial degree, coursework at the University of Delaware, or approved equivalent courses from accredited institutions. This intensive 17-month program starts each winter term, continuing through spring, summer, fall, and a second winter session before concluding the following spring. All required prerequisite courses must be satisfactorily completed before beginning the first nursing class.
