Program Learning Outcomes 1. Apply core scientific concepts (including physiology, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, and hematology) to healthcare practice. 2. Analyze and interpret clinical laboratory data and diagnostic test results with precision. 3. Implement quality control and improvement protocols across all laboratory service phases (pre-analysis, analysis, and post-analysis) with emphasis on patient safety. 4. Develop effective written and verbal communication skills for professional collaboration with healthcare teams, patients, and the community. 5. Exhibit professional ethics, protect patient confidentiality, and pursue ongoing education for career advancement. 6.
