The Biomembrane Sciences track aims to cultivate experts in understanding molecular and cellular processes related to biological membranes' development, growth, and barrier functions, particularly concerning disease origins and therapies.
Graduate students in this track investigate diverse areas including novel drug delivery approaches, cosmetic product safety and effectiveness testing, creation and validation of membrane transport models, advanced pharmaceutical formulations, intelligent nanocarrier design, along with studies on skin and hair biology.
