The Cognitive Psychology doctoral program aims to develop graduate students into versatile researchers and scholars. Our distinctive methodology encourages interdisciplinary thinking, concentrating on research with both theoretical and applied importance. Faculty members, students, and postdoctoral researchers work together across diverse cognitive areas, including memory studies, linguistics, sensory perception, attentional processes, and dispute mediation. While we examine core cognitive issues, we also explore their wider implications, investigating both neurological foundations and societal impacts of cognitive processes. This comprehensive strategy enables students to engage with experts across the university, drawing knowledge from Biological Sciences, Humanities, and Social Sciences departments.
