The Master of Science in Interactive Entertainment program at UCF's Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA) equips artists, programmers, and producers with industry-relevant techniques, tools, and expertise for success in gaming. This curriculum focuses on game design, programming, 3D artistry, while also developing critical abilities like problem-solving, teamwork, and project management.
FIEA delivers an industry-focused, collaborative learning experience in state-of-the-art facilities at UCF's Downtown Orlando campus. Production teams receive guidance from faculty with professional experience, covering game design, level creation, technical design, collaborative development, rapid prototyping, 3D animation, modeling, technical art, motion capture, software engineering, legal considerations, preproduction, and project analysis. Alumni benefit from internship programs, entrepreneurial support, and recruitment opportunities with leading game and media companies nationwide.
