The LL.M. Tax Law Concentration provides LL.M. candidates with specialized training in tax law, equipping them for professional practice in this field. Students earn this concentration by completing multiple tax-focused courses and producing an in-depth research paper on a tax-related subject. The general curriculum enables students to either build foundational knowledge of the U.S. legal framework or specialize in any legal discipline offered through King Hall's exceptional programs. Structured specialization options let students focus on specific areas including business law, international law (both private and public), international business and dispute resolution, immigration law, criminal law, intellectual property, human rights law, environmental law, health law, and more from the extensive course catalog. A pre-Bar study track is also available.
