Social Gerontology represents one of three specialized tracks within the Health and Human Services degree program. Every concentration explores the frameworks that provide support services to vulnerable populations and communities, societal challenges, along with the roles of service providers. The coursework blends foundational social sciences, statistical analysis and research techniques, biological studies, ethical considerations, and tailored classes designed for each specific focus area.
Have earned the equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma.  If you have already completed secondary school, you need to submit both academic transcripts and proof of graduation with your application documents. 
Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.000, both overall and at the University at Buffalo
