The African-American Studies program—potentially UB's inaugural interdisciplinary initiative—provides an all-encompassing perspective on the Black experience. To comprehend worldwide history, population movements, belief systems, economic structures, political landscapes, mainstream culture, and other fundamental societal elements, this is the ideal starting point.
Have earned the equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma.  If you have already completed secondary school, you need to submit both academic transcripts and proof of graduation with your application documents. 
Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.000, both overall and at the University at Buffalo
