Our primary program leads to a Juris Doctor (JD) degree through three years of study. Similar to other law institutions, the first-year curriculum consists mostly of mandatory courses. You'll benefit from personalized guidance in small groups for fundamental classes, as well as in research and practical skills training. During your second and third years, you'll have extensive options including diverse courses, seminars, clinical programs, and field placements. Through strategic planning, you can also combine your legal studies with another discipline using the University of Arizona's comprehensive academic resources. Over 90% of law courses maintain an enrollment below 25 students, ensuring dynamic classroom discussions and easy access to faculty members.
