Deepen your appreciation for French language and culture through enhanced proficiency and cultural immersion. The Bachelor of Arts in French offers two specialized tracks. The Language, Literature and Culture concentration is perfect for those planning graduate studies in French or seeking advanced language mastery. All courses are conducted in French by the department's renowned experts in French and Francophone studies. Students have the opportunity to participate in the University of Arizona's well-established study abroad program in Paris. Beyond achieving fluency in French, students refine their abilities in reading, writing, critical analysis, and analytical thinking.
