This program aims to engage students interested in an interdisciplinary curriculum centered on studying literature across different languages and global regions. Participants may arrive at the University with proficiency in non-English languages and desire to explore multiple literary traditions (including English). Others might be passionate about literary analysis and seek to examine broad, genre-based, or cross-border themes that extend beyond single-nation literature programs. Alternatively, students could focus on exploring the connections between literature and culture, or investigate topics that bridge conventional boundaries of national literary traditions and regional studies. These academic pursuits are not mutually exclusive. Every participant will craft a personalized course plan aligned with their objectives, leveraging the university's diverse academic resources.
