UAB provides two Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies (IGS) master's degree options: a Master of Arts and a Master of Science. These IGS programs enable students to integrate two specialized fields, creating tailored educational paths for modern interdisciplinary careers. With the IGS degree, learners can customize their graduate education to match their career aspirations, academic interests, and personal objectives. Participants have the flexibility to pair any two (2) UAB graduate certificates associated with the IGS program, acquiring targeted expertise for career growth or personal enrichment.
