Biomedical engineers perform studies and investigate the engineering principles of biological systems to develop innovative devices and techniques that enhance health and well-being. The Instrumentation, Signals and Imaging Track emphasizes electrical engineering with concentrations in: biomedical instrumentation, signal and image processing, imaging devices and detectors, and system simulations. Graduates receive a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
Acquire valuable hands-on professional experience via the optional co-op and placement program. With co-op, you will alternate between work and study semesters after your second year. Additionally, you will receive a competitive salary.
