Students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art develop an extensive understanding of visual arts. The curriculum delivers wide-ranging expertise in studio techniques across various disciplines, essential insights into Western art history, and a strong grounding in liberal arts and humanities. Housed in Folk Hall, the Mary Schiller Myers School of Art features 70,000 square feet of creative space, allowing students to investigate innovative artistic approaches while honing industry-relevant skills.
Folk Hall also hosts the Emily Davis Art Gallery, exhibiting noteworthy regional, national, and international artworks alongside student showcases, juried competitions, and scholarship displays.

Furthermore, art students gain valuable exposure through the visiting artist programs and lecture series organized by the Mary Schiller Myers School of Art.
