Digital Fabrication courses equip students with the knowledge and techniques to transform digital designs into tangible objects. At UK's School of Art and Visual Studies, our curriculum covers both 2D/3D modeling software and practical training with equipment like laser cutters, 3D printers, plasma cutters, and CNC routers. These technologies expand creative possibilities for artists and designers alike. Beyond digital fabrication, students can explore programming custom circuits with sensors and actuators to manipulate sound, light, and movement. Whatever your focus—be it sculpture, printmaking, book arts, textiles, graphic design, photography, or ceramics—these advanced tools can elevate your artistic practice.
