The D&H MS program offers two specialization tracks: Health & Wellness (HWD) or Healthcare Facilities Design (HFD). This curriculum equips students with design and analytical capabilities to create spaces that enhance patient care while improving operational efficiency and safety in medical settings. The Master of Science in Architecture (M.S.) serves as an advanced academic research degree for those pursuing specialized architectural studies. Note that this program does not lead to professional architecture licensure. It's designed for individuals holding either an accredited B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree, or an approved bachelor's in architecture or related fields (such as art, interior design, engineering, or archaeology). Applicants without architecture degrees may need to complete foundational coursework, which doesn't count toward graduate degree requirements.
