The Marketing Department's goal is to equip a diverse student body with the skills to thrive as marketing experts and conscientious global participants in our data-centric society. Alongside this, faculty research expands marketing understanding while addressing real-world industry challenges. Students specializing in marketing often enter fields like sales, advertising, brand development, retail, market analysis, and global marketing across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors.
Students can earn a BBA in Marketing with an optional sales specialization backed by The Center for Professional Sales. Beyond academics, numerous student organizations like the American Marketing Association (AMA), Entrepreneurial Innovators Group (EIG), and American Advertising Federation (AAF) foster leadership, collaboration, and practical marketing exposure.

First-time college applicants are required to graduate or have graduated from a foreign secondary school with an academic profile equivalent to that of a U.S. high school curriculum.
Graduate with the equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma.

We strongly encourage anyone who is not offered freshman admission to attend another college, complete 30 hours of transferable credit with a minimum GPA of a 2.25, and apply for transfer admission.
