The MSN graduate nursing program features four foundational courses along with specialized coursework tailored to each of the three degree tracks. Students can choose from three focused study paths to enhance their expertise as leaders/managers, practitioners, or educators.
Every degree program offers specialized study areas with clinical lab components, typically available in students' local communities. Occasionally, students may need to visit clinical sites to fulfill essential course requirements. All graduate nursing lectures are delivered through online platforms.
The MSN Program equips nurses for advanced practice roles in leadership, family nurse practitioning, or nursing education, with a focus on delivering healthcare within diverse cultural contexts.
The program aims to: equip students with foundational and specialized skills for professional nursing practice; foster nursing as a caring profession within culturally diverse healthcare systems; expand theoretical knowledge for enhanced clinical competence and specialized roles; create a respectful learning environment that develops well-rounded, tech-savvy professionals committed to continuous growth; establish foundations for ongoing education and evidence-based practice; and prepare graduates to serve as nursing leaders, health advocates, and policy advisors in professional and community settings.
