The College of Education and Human Development (COEHD) provides a Bachelor of Science program with concentrations in Elementary Education, Kinesiology, Sport Management, and Athletic Training. The Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Early Childhood Education caters to graduates from Applied Arts and Science programs in Child Development, along with childcare professionals looking to enhance their credentials.
Those who fulfill the Bachelor of Science requirements and pass the relevant TExES examinations will meet all qualifications for EC-6 Core Subjects with Reading Specialization, EC-6 Core Subjects-Bilingual, 4-8 Mathematics, or EC-12 Special Education teaching certification.
