The Master of Ocean Science and Technology (MOST) is a professional degree program that doesn't require a thesis. Students learn directly from leading ocean scientists engaged in groundbreaking research across the world's oceans, from the Gulf of Mexico to Antarctic waters.
The program's coursework aims to: 1) Equip students with fundamental oceanography knowledge applicable to marine science careers, 2) Develop skills for processing and interpreting large datasets typical of ocean monitoring systems, 3) Enhance analytical reasoning and solution-finding abilities.
A distinctive aspect of this program is its seamless connection with undergraduate Oceanography degrees, allowing top-performing students to earn both their Bachelor's and MOST degrees within five years through an accelerated track.
