The UH Subsea Engineering Program provides two specialized graduate certificates in subsea engineering, as outlined here. These certificate programs cater to engineers looking for advanced subsea engineering education without committing to a full master's degree. Applicants must hold a four-year engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent; GRE scores are not mandatory. Certificate students can subsequently transition to the Master's program, with up to three courses eligible for transfer toward the Master of Science in Subsea Engineering. Courses are offered both in-person and through online platforms.
