The Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) program aims to equip students for careers as professional landscape architects across both private and public sectors. We cultivate an educational atmosphere that encourages innovation and thoughtful evaluation, grounded in research-driven design fundamentals. This methodology draws from an understanding of natural and constructed environments, as well as human interactions within diverse cultural contexts. BLA graduates apply this expertise to develop spatial solutions ranging from individual site designs to comprehensive land use strategies. Through this creative approach, we seek to promote public well-being alongside social, economic, and ecological sustainability. The program is committed to developing graduates who embrace continuous learning and can work autonomously or guide cross-disciplinary teams in landscape architecture.
BLA program alumni are equipped for positions with landscape architecture firms, engineering companies, architectural practices, planning organizations, and various government agencies. After completing their degree and gaining two years of professional experience, graduates become eligible to pursue professional licensure or advanced studies in landscape architecture or related disciplines.
