Our world is transforming, and tomorrow's leaders must equip themselves for the evolving national and global landscape. BSUS students at TSU gain transformative experiences that prepare them for this future - whether participating in Harvard University's Institute of Politics events, completing DC internships, or studying abroad.

Through service learning and internships both inside and outside the classroom, our students develop essential skills. The BSUS program offers an interdisciplinary social sciences foundation, incorporating history, economics, political science, and public administration to understand our cities' and society's past and future. With a BSUS degree, you'll become a community-focused professional prepared to drive change across public, nonprofit, or private sectors. This Urban Studies degree also provides excellent preparation for graduate programs in fields like Public Administration or Urban Planning.
