Graduates fulfill both ASHA's requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence and New York State's licensure standards through coursework and clinical practice. The master's program, combined with relevant undergraduate studies, qualifies graduates for New York State certification as Teachers of Students with Speech-Language Disabilities (TSSLD).
