The criminal justice system is significantly influenced by governmental policies and procedures. To excel in careers focused on combating crime through public policy, expertise in both criminal justice and governmental frameworks is essential. The combined B.S./M.A. program in Criminal Justice and Government and Politics equips you with this expertise, enabling completion of both degrees within five years of full-time study. During your undergraduate Criminal Justice studies, you'll take four designated graduate-level Government and Politics courses. These credits remain applicable to your bachelor's degree should you choose not to pursue the master's program after four years.
